Environmental Technology Academy Action Plan!

Standard 1: Integrated Curriculum / Projects

Curriculum In Action:
Students designed and implemented a workshop on mangroves and shoreline restoration for 4th and 5th graders at Manatee Cove Elementary.

Mrs. Blair said the following:
Thank you for inviting me to your amazing lesson on mangroves with Manatee Cove Elementary 4th and 5th grade gifted students. The activity was interesting and engaging for all participants. I encourage the CTE Team to review the photos shared in the link below. Also, the use of pop culture in the form of “Shield Agents/Super Heroes” was inventive and interactive.

Thank you again for this shining example of academics, mentoring, and the academy model in ACTION!!
